Langverwacht Wines, situated just outside Bonnievale, currently has the above-mentioned position available for a dynamic individual, who can take initiative, and lead the full maintenance function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Upkeep of all cellar machinery *Maintenance planning and scheduling *Pump and gearbox overhauls, welding tasks *Basic electrical repairs, maintenance of PVC/stainless-steel piping *General construction duties *Making sure all work complies with safety standards and regulation *Inspection and servicing of cellar equipment *Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reports *All other maintenance and administrative duties related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in the mechanical/electrical trade;

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Knowledge of cellar and bottling machinery;

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English);

• Valid driver’s license.
