Our client, a leading table grape producer and exporter based in Paarl, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their small but dynamic team. This role requires a strong team player with excellent planning and organisational skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and a high level of accuracy.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and is adaptable to the challenges of the fresh produce export industry.

The incumbent will report to the Logistics & Marketing Manager and duties will include (but not be limited to): *Logistics planning, instructions, and documentation from point of loading to final destination *Arranging, maintaining, and updating transport and shipping information *Stock control and record-keeping *Liaising with clients, industry stakeholders, and third parties *Monitoring and reporting on relevant logistics information *Supporting export and local logistics functions as required *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• A relevant tertiary qualification;

• 3-5 years' experience in a similar role within fresh produce exports;

• Knowledge of Vitrax and QX systems (or similar);

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel);

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.

• Willingness to work after hours during peak season (Dec–Mar).

• Additional industry experience (DALRRD applications, Q67, Titan) advantageous.

• Own reliable transport.
