Our client, an auditing, accounting and advisory firm based in Cape Town, has the abovementioned position available for a self-motivated, creative individual with strong administration, organisational and communication skills. This is a hybrid position located between Stellenbosch and Cape Town.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, selecting and hiring top audit and accounting students for three-year traineeships. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Coordinate internships for SAICA and SAIPA trainee accountants *Plan and manage Graduate Placement Programs including career fairs, on-campus events, and interviews *Organize graduate initiatives, events, and office visits *Conduct interviews and maintain campus branding *Network at universities to promote opportunities *Manage vacation programs, including student liaison and team-building exercises *Produce recruitment publications and liaise with designers and printers *Market the company on campus and create recruitment brochures *Develop and schedule social media content, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging *Organize events such as first-year welcomes, APC dinners, and third-year farewells *All other functions associated with this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• A relevant tertiary qualification;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;

• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office);

• Strong networking skills with students and role-players on the various campuses;

• Must be a strategic thinker - ability to develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and strategies;

• Must be able to identify marketing trends and be a problem-solver;

• The candidiate must be comfortable to travel between Universities as per role requirements.
