Our client, a leading grower, packer, and exporter of fresh fruits in South Africa, has the abovementioned position available for a Maintenence Coordinator, just outside Swellendam. The successful candidate has excellent organisational and supervisory skills, and will report to the Area Manager.

Key performance areas will include the following: *Hostels and building: General repairs; Gas installation/maintenance; Manage cleaning teams; Garden maintenance *Workshop: General maintenance; Auto electrical work; Services; Stock control *Irrigation: Maintenance of pump houses, main lines, installations and boreholes *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Grade 12;

• A technical tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Proven technical aptitude;

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical maintenance;

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office);

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
