Our client, in the retail industry, seeks a Systems Operator and Data Capturer to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate is career-driven, with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. This position is based at their Cape Town branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Checking accuracy and correcting Inter-branch stock transfers *Invoicing of the stock for IBTs *Stock management on Bizzfo/Acceler8te point of sale system *Liaise and communicate with staff from different branches *Capture data or products onto the system at correct costs and selling prices *Assist with weekly stock orders telephonically and in person with the reps *Assist with weekly casual wages *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Matric required;

• A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Prior experience in data capturing, stock management and inventory control is highly advantageous;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail;

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team;

• Proactive mindset and ability to think on your feet;

• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
