uniWines Vineyards, located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region, is seeking to employ a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Team Leader to join their team.

The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Lead and supervise warehouse operations staff *Oversee the cleaning and organising of the warehouse *Manage maintenance and schedules of warehouse vehicles *Receive and verify physical stock *Pick and pack export orders *Local delivery and driver schedule *Oversee the loading of trucks and containers *Guide and supervise stock rework processes *Handle the purchasing of warehouse necessities *Assist with onsite bottling, waxing, and labelling *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• 5 years’ experience in the Wine Industry (Warehouse), including at least 2 years’ in a team leader role;

• Basic knowledge of Health & Safety standards;

• Experience with stock receiving, picking/packing, and loading processes.
