uniWines Vineyards, located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region, has a position available for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator, to support their warehouse operations, with a strong focus on stock management and administrative processes.

The incumbent will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Coordinate stock movements from bottling facilities to the warehouse *Maintain and update the stock management system, including: Stock movements and allocations, weekly stock takes and reconciliations, and monthly stock reconciliations for off-site bottling facilities *Provide administrative support for export orders and general warehouse operations *Manage and process documentation for both local and export orders *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in the wine industry;

• Knowledge of the wine industry, SAWIS documentation, and warehousing practices will be advantageous;

• Good understanding of exports and local distribution documentation, specific to the wine industry;

• Experience using ERP Systems (wine industry);

• Experience in stock reconciliation.
