Our client, with it’s worldwide reputation for creating beautiful freestanding baths and basins, is seeking two Production Managers to join their production sites based in Worcester and Wolseley. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Two roles are available at seperate sites: 1x Worcester and 1x Wolseley.

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production operations. The primary responsibility of the incumbent will be to manage, train, and coach the production team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;

• Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a production management role;

• Strong knowledge of production management and quality control principles;

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing;

• Proficient in production planning;

• Good computer skills (MS Office).
