Our client, a well-established corrugated carton designer, manufacturer, and distributor based in Worcester, has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Organisational Development Practitioner to join their Human Resources Department.
This role reports to the Group HR Manager and is key to driving the company's employee value proposition through various Organisational Development (OD) initiatives. The successful incumbent will be based in Worcester, with regular travel to the company’s plants in Epping and Gqeberha.
The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Evaluate organisational culture and identify areas for improvement *Develop and implement OD interventions aligned with business needs *Analyse skills gaps and compile annual skills development plans *Assess training impact and develop SOPs/assessment tools for skills evaluation *Drive Corporate Social Investment and Employee Child Development programs *Oversee the Bursary Program and Employee Trust activities *Support and enhance the company’s performance management system *Manage and lead subordinates effectively *All other tasks related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• B-degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in OD or an HR Generalist role (OD focus preferred);
• Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong influencing and relationship-building ability;
• Proficient in developing OD and training materials;
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
