Our client is seeking a Conference and Events Sales Manager to lead their sales & marketing efforts, ensuring continued business growth & brand excellence. This role will primarily focus on revenue generation, strategic marketing, & sales execution for the conference & function venue, including client acquisition, market positioning, brand representation, and service excellence within the MICE industry.


The ideal candidate excels in balancing strategic planning & operational oversight. Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Develop & implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve targeted revenue goals *Drive new business development & expand D’Aria’s market share within the hospitality & events sectors *Foster & maintain strong client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction & loyalty *Collaborate with the events & operations team to ensure the flawless execution of all functions & conferences *Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, & adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge *Represent the D’Aria brand with professionalism & integrity at all client & industry engagements.


Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales experience within the hospitality, events & conferencing industry;

• Strong command of sales & marketing principles with a demonstrated ability to achieve targets;

• Excellent communication, negotiation, & interpersonal skills;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & CRM systems;

• Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team;

• A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous.
