Our client, one of the largest independent producers of flour in the country (based in Riebeek West), has the abovementioned position available for a professional individual with excellent administrative and communications skills (written & verbal) to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible (but not limited to): *Daily Management and Recon of counter sales *Manage and arrange courier to clients *Handle Customer Enquiries *Managing Switchboard *Daily filing *Manage employee files *Set up employment contracts for management to issue *Manage and order Stationery *Process COD invoices for over the counter flour sales *Manage IOD (Injury on duty) cases *Managing and weekly balancing of petty cash *Process weekly Casual wages *Clocking system – access control *Count weekly customer COD monies with Debtors Clerk *Do office shopping (cleaning / groceries) *Manage employee database (ensure new paperwork is up to date on file) *All other tasks related to the position.
Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous;
• Approximately 2 years' experience in a similar role;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
• Own reliable transport.
