Long River Farm (Pty) Ltd. is a well-established fruit and vegetable farm situated in the Koue Bokkeveld, and currently has the above exciting opportunity available for a skilled Production Manager.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Control, planning, and supervision of all production activities, including, among others, planting, irrigation, fertilization, and crop protection *Management and planning to optimize productivity *GlobalGap compliance *All other administration and budgeting tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in the cultivation of potatoes and onions;

• Computer literate (MS Office);

• Above-average communication and management skills;

• Ability to function independently and take initiative.
