Long River Farm (Pty) Ltd. is a well-established fruit and vegetable farm situated in the Koue Bokkeveld, and currently has the above exciting opportunity available for a dynamic Diesel Mechanic.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Maintenance and servicing of a fleet consisting of light and heavy vehicles, tractors and other farm implements and equipment *Overall supervision of workshop staff, orders and inventory, as well as budgeting *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic;

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience;

• Computer literate (MS Office);

• Skills in the area of packhouse equipment, auto-electrical work, and engine rebuilding will strengthen the application.
