32 Degrees South Fruit (Pty) Ltd, a fruit packing facility situated in the Koue Bokkeveld, has the above position available for a detail-oriented and focused individual to efficiently operate their grading and packaging line and to ensure that products are optimally packed.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to): *Operating computerized packaging line with advanced camera technology *Ensuring accurate input of cultivar/fruit count/size/quality grades & configuring software *Continuous monitoring & adjustments *Analysing pack-out statistics *Ensuring optimal pack-outs *All other tasks related to

this position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Excellent computer skills with previous experience in fruit packaging software (specifically machine learning) in a fruit packaging facility;

• Knowledge of fruit quality and standards;

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills;

• Must be able to work well under pressure;
