Description:

Our client, operating in the land development industry, has the above permanent position available for an energetic individual with a willingness to learn.


The successful candidate is an organised individual with excellent administrative skills, paired with a professional and meticulous approach to work.


The role will be based at the office situated in Cape Town CBD.


The PA will be responsible for: *managing calendars and scheduling appointments, meetings and site visits *general administrative functions and assisting with the preparation of documents, reports and planning applications *maintaining an organised filing system and record keeping *invoicing *handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence *all other tasks related to the role.


Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric;

• Approximately 2 years’ experience in a similar PA position in the legal/construction/architectural industries;

• Good computer literacy (MS Office required, Sage advantageous);

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) is a strong pre-requisite;

• Own reliable transport.


Commencement date: As soon as possible.
