Laastedrif Agri (Pty) Ltd., is an established, commercial agricultural enterprise, specialising in the cultivation of fresh fruit and vegetables. Laastedrif Agri serves a range of local supermarkets as well as international markets.

Laastedrif Agri has the abovementioned position available at the production unit situated near Touwsrivier. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional planning, time management, and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to maintain good relations.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for the following pertaining to vegetable production, as well as future fruit orchard development: *Independent business unit and productivity management *Recordkeeping and reporting *Management of best farming practices *All other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Relevant qualification in Agriculture;

• At least 5 years’ practical experience in the cultivation of vegetables;

• Proven knowledge & experience with cost management;

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, specifically Excel);

• Good labour relations knowledge;

• Willingness to work after hours as per industry requirements.
