Our client, a well established estate, situated in the Greyton area, has the above-mentioned opportunity available for a Security Supervisor, to join their growing team.

The candidate will primarily be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, it’s residents, visitors, and staff. The successful candidates will report directly to the General Manager.

Duties will include (but not limited to): *Security management (Patrolling, Access Control, Surveillance Monitoring and Incident Response) *Team supervision and performance monitoring *Management and execution of emergency plans, drills and first-aid measures *Management of incident reports *Resident and visitor interaction management *Ensuring property protection, safety, and loss prevention

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Matric will be highly advantageous;

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Armed Response environment;

• Valid Firearm Competency, with proficiency for Business purposes;

• PSIRA registered (Grade B);

• Excellent Firearm skills / executing of Firearm procedures and handing overs;

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans;

• Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations and provide protection services;

• Valid driver’s license is essential.
