Tasting Room Manager Our client, situated in the beautiful Stellenbosch area, currently has the above exciting position available for a friendly, highly motivated, fully bilingual individual with a strong personality. A relevant tertiary qualification and knowledge of South African wine are pre-requisites for the position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: * daily running of the tasting room * debtors (invoicing and collections) * training and managing students / temporary staff * presentation of wine tastings * guest reception * stock control and purchasing of new stock * all other administrative duties associated with this position.
