Escavox, a high-growth AgriTech company focused on helping food supply chains to deliver fresher, better produce to consumers through a combination of hardware, software and analytics, is seeking to appoint a reliable, detail-oriented and tech savvy Logistics & Operations Assistant to join their team based in Durbanville, Western Cape. This is a half-day position, from 9h00 - 14h00 daily.

The role will report to the Client Services Director. Key performance areas will include: *Device preparation and setup (battery level, connectivity, firmware, etc.), and resolving or reporting any malfunctions *Ensure devices are ready for dispatch, packing devices according to protocols *Coordinate delivery schedules to align with customer demand *Organise collections and deliveries with courier companies, tracking shipments, and keeping record of locations *Monitor and maintain inventory levels (devices and packaging) *all other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• Grade 12, a relevant certification or qualification will be advantageous;

• Proficiency in operating mobile devices and basic troubleshooting;

• 3-5 years’ experience in stock inventory management is preferred;

• Computer literacy (specifically Excel);

• Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans & English;

• The ability to perform light physical activity (lifting and carrying boxed devices);

• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle (occasional travel to customer locations might be required - travel will be reimbursed);

• Own working devices (personal laptop and phone).
