Our client, Nodatech, is a fast-growing startup in the agricultural industry. They are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Engineer to join their dynamic and innovative team based in Citrusdal, Western Cape.

This role will play a critical part in analysing, designing, and implementing business systems. The ideal candidate should be a strong problem-solver with great attention to detail who can function effectively in a fast paced environment. The ability to work collaboratively and excellent communication skills are further requirements.

Duties will include: *Utilise appropriate tools to solve system problems and support data-driven decision-making *Plan, develop, and implement new systems to enhance existing processes *Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging *Manage relationships with various stakeholders and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects *Design and implement system integrations to ensure seamless communication between different software platforms and tools *Analyse data, generate insightful reports, and create visuals to help the business make informed, data-driven decisions *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field;

• Understanding of system design and development;

• Exposure to supply chain concepts and business operations would be beneficial;

• Experience with Excel, Mendix and Power BI will be advantageous;

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);

• Own driver’s license and reliable transport;

• Willingness to travel.
