Our client, Nodatech, is a fast-growing startup in the agricultural industry. They are seeking an analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their dynamic and innovative team based in Citrusdal, Western Cape.

This incumbent will play a key role in analysing large datasets, creating reports, and delivering insights that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate complex issues with ease to a variety of non technical stakeholders are further requirements.

Duties will include: *Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights *Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools *Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvements *Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop effective solutions *Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational processes and optimise supply chain efficiency *Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting and analysis activities *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering or related field;

• Previous experience in a BI Analyst or similar role would be preferred;

• Strong proficiency in BI and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI);

• Exposure to supply chain concepts and business operations would be beneficial;

• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);

• Own driver’s license and reliable transport;

• Willingness to travel.
