Holden Manz, a family-owned boutique farm located in Franschhoek, has the above-mentioned position available. This is a business-critical position, requiring an experienced individual who is hardworking, thrives under pressure, needs little direct supervision, has high integrity, attention to detail and is a strong communicator.

The successful candidate will report to the Cellar Master and CEO, and will be responsible for: *Invoicing all wine sales and maintaining the Stock Modules via Pastel Online (sales are from tasting room, on-line, direct, trade and exports) *Managing the preparation and dispatch of orders to trade and public *Maintaining proof of delivery records *Preparation of bi-weekly stock takes, covering stock at farm and external locations *Managing stock levels at two Gauteng warehouse facilities and on the farm, with special attention to weekly Tasting Room stock take *Managing all exports from receipt of purchase order to dispatch, to port *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Experience in the export of wines;

• Must be experienced with Pastel or a similar accounting system;

• Detailed knowledge of SAWIS and Wine Online and RLA via e-filing;

• Strong Excel and administrative skills;

• Fluency in spoken and written English;

• Experience in managing stock levels;

• Excellent reporting skills.
