Our client, operating in the financial services industry, has the abovementioned position available for a client-oriented individual with excellent administrative and organisational skills, paired with knowledge of short-term insurance products, to join their team situated at their office in Bellville, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *all underwriting administration on portfolios of clients *claims administration and handling *communication with clients, insurance companies and handling of any queries *work within the compliance framework applicable to the short-term insurance industry *all other tasks related to the role.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric;

• 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role in short-term insurance, or as Underwriter or Claims Handler (commercial & personal portfolios);

• Superb verbal & written communication skills (Afrikaans & English);

• Strong computer skills (MS Office);

• Drivers license and own reliable transport.

Commencement date: As soon as possible.
