Description:
Our client, a luxury property estate agency based in Paarl in the Western Cape, is looking to recruit a tech savvy, conscientious and motivated Office Administrator, with excellent communication skills.

This position is responsible for managing the daily office administrative duties and listing properties on various advertising platforms. Attention to detail is extremely important.

KPI’s will include (but not be limited to): *Listing the property on various advertising platforms *Creating A4 brochures and window brochures for each new property *Ensuring all documents and information received from sales agents are correct *Editing the sales agents write ups for properties *Checking all websites and third-party listing sites continuously to pick up on any technical errors and coordinate with various support teams to correct any technical issues *Updating resale and developer price lists (excel, publisher and Adobe Illustrator) *Updating agents’ profiles for the websites and all third-party sites *Check which mandates will expire each month and remove expired listings *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator;
• Excellent general computer skills;
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy;
• Effective written communications capabilities;
• Professional attitude;
• High level of integrity and honesty;
• Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans);
• Valid SA code 8 driver’s license.
