Millennium Tax Consultants, a well established professional accounting firm offering Accounting, Tax, and Payroll services, has an exciting opportunity available for an Accountant to join their team based in Paarl, Western Cape.

The successful candidate must have strong knowledge pertaining to financial accounting principles and practices, and will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Full bookkeeping and accounting function *Preparing and submitting returns *Statutory tasks *Preparation of annual financial statements and related working papers *Resolving queries *Income tax calculations and submissions *All other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Degree in Accounting or similar field;
• Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles;
• Approximately 2-3 years’ relevant practical experience;
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Excel, XERO/Pastel/ Sage/Quickbooks/Draftworx);
• Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
