The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail orientated, and can work accurately under pressure; with sound analytical and financial skills. The main purpose of the role is to support the business by providing detailed financial insights and analysis, aiding in strategic decision-making to optimise production. The incumbent will report directly to the Group Financial Manager with the following key responsibilities: *Data analysis, interpretation and visualisation *Budget forecasting and monitoring *Financial analysis and reporting *Performance and productivity measurement *Information technology, business intelligence & database management *Cost calculations *Statutory duties *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant tertiary qualification; • 4 - 5 years' experience in a similar role; • Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Xero, Qlikview, PowerBI); • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); • Experience in fruit production/agriculture will be advantageous.
