Our client, a successful fruit export company in Paarl, Western Cape, has an exciting internship opportunity for someone to learn about all aspects of the fruit industry. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various facets of the fruit export industry, working closely with different departments such as Logistics, Finance and Marketing. Exposure will include: *Learning about and helping with the coordination of shipping schedules, logistics planning, and export documentation *Assisting in monitoring and ensuring the quality of fruit from harvest to export, including conducting quality assessments and inspections *Supporting due diligence processes to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company standards *Participating in the development and execution of marketing strategies *Exposure to financial administration. The intention of the internship is to provide practical work experience and exposure. The candidate must have good computer ability as well as good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
