Our client, Hoopenberg Berries situated in the Stellenbosch region (Western Cape), has the above position available for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a systematic and precise approach, able to thrive under pressure, to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Maintaining organised filing systems for all farm documents and records *Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries of farm supplies *Processing and managing invoices, payments, and receipts *Providing administrative support directly to the business owner, including scheduling and correspondence *Assisting with basic HR processes and maintaining employee files *Handling procurement and inventory management for farm supplies and equipment *Monitoring and reconciling the farm's petty cash and expense claims *Handling of payroll and wages *All other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial;
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Experience in handling payments;
• Strong accounting proficiency;
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, specifically Excel);
• Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans);
• Valid driver's license and own transport.
