The incumbent will be responsible for: *job descriptions and performance processes *managing training and development of staff *setting up standard operating procedures in collaboration with various departments *managing the disciplinary process within the organisation *HR policies, procedures and contracts *recruitment and selection of general and Trainee Accountants (SAICA, SAIT and SAIPA) *coordination of onboarding and exit processes *completion and submission of ATR/WSP returns *payroll *all ad hoc tasks and administration related to the role. Essential minimum qualifications, skills, and experience: • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources; • Approximately 3-5 years' experience in a similar HR position; • Experience with SAICA, SAIT and SAIPA accreditation advantageous; • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans); • Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
