Our client, an Occupational Health and Safety Consultancy situated in Klapmuts (Western Cape), has the above vacancy available for a client-focused individual with excellent administrative skills, paired with a detail-driven and organised approach to work.

Duties will include: All OHS administration (compiling safety files & sending to client after project close, preparing clients’ OHS requirements, gathering basic statistics, visiting projects on behalf of the Safety Officer, etc.) *following up on project QC-inspections and conducting after-sales follow-ups *liaison with clients & acting as key contact person *Handling telephonic enquiries *Filling & recordkeeping *Ordering office supplies *Updating company systems & implementing new systems where needed *Act as Personal Assistant to Managing Director *all other tasks related to the role.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar OHS role working with clients;
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (Afrikaans and English);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel);
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
