Our client, located in the Breede River region, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Winemaker to join their team. The role requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *general management *full winemaking process *blending and stabilization of wine *liaison with grape producers *ensure cellar hygiene are compliant with food safety, quality control and H&S systems *inventory management and cellar administration *cellar staff management *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology; • Previous winemaking experience OR at least 5 completed harvest seasons essential; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, WineMS); • Valid driver's license.
