Our client, BGR Alluvium Inc. based in Stellenbosch is an established Auditing practice looking to employ a bright and independent Tax Administration Officer. The ideal individual should be meticulous with administration and be open to learn and grow within a vibrant, qualified team.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for: *Sending assessment letters to clients *Preparing client billings within monthly deadlines *Assisting partners, managers, and trainee accountants with tax-related matters *Handling requests from SARS regarding client queries *Corresponding with clients to obtain information and address queries *Adhering to all internal deadlines *Administering, preparing, and submitting registration and deregistration documentation to SARS *Handling telephonic queries from clients *Setting up or maintaining clients administrative portfolios, correspondence, signed letters, and other official documentation *Visiting SARS to submit client information or respond to queries on behalf of the practice *All other tasks related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Tax Administrator;
• Matric and applicable BCom degree required, Tax designation (e.g. SAIT, SAIBA, CIMA, SAIPA, etc.) would be advantageous;
• Experience in an administrative role, within an audit practice would be advantageous;
• Strong computer skills (MS Office);
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
