Description:
Our client in the agricultural industry is looking for a reliable, proactive, detail-driven, and organised individual with strong administrative capabilities to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include:
• Conducting monthly stock takes, purchasing and managing of office and production supplies, receiving, controlling, and coordinating storage of deliveries, providing administrative support;
• Coordinating of orders, deliveries according to schedule; controlling tray, crate & pallet returns and communicating with clients;
• Assisting CEO & Director with various tasks relating to business operations & providing administrative support;
• Reception & general office management: Managing phone calls, visitors, cleaner (seeing to general office housekeeping), filing & record keeping, HR administrative support;
• Audit compliance administration and support (SIZA, exports, etc.);
• All ad hoc duties related to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• Matric;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a packhouse environment;
• Excellent numerical and communication skills (Afrikaans & English);
• Excellent computer literacy (MS Office);
• Own reliable transport;
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Area of work: Wemmershoek (on R301 between Paarl and Franschhoek).
