Our client, a growing company operating in the FMCG industry, dedicated to deliver on the increasing demand for healthy energy drinks and clean caffeine, has the abovementioned position available for an experienced Warehouse/Fulfilment Coordinator to run and supervise their order & fulfilment activities at their facility based in Paarl. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for: *Fulfilling orders and coordinating activities to achieve On Time In Full (OTIF) as required by customer demand and booking schedules *Ensure timely booking and handover of stock to couriers *Carrying out daily warehousing activities and processes (final products checks, implementation of FIFO system, handling damaged stock in line with FSSC 22000 requirements, ensure efficient picking and packing processes, etc.) *Ensuring that fulfilment SOPs are strictly implemented *Tracking and reporting on status of stock on hand (SOH) & packaging materials *Reporting on defects *Conducting monthly stock take *Ensure implementation & maintenance of FSSC 22000 *management, training, and evaluation of fulfilment staff *all other tasks related to the role. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Matric; • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in the FMCG industry (including experience in quality control and FSSC 22000); • Excellent communications skills (English); • Strong computer skills (MS Office, inventory management software); • Own reliable transport. Advantageous: • Tertiary qualification in Warehousing/Logistics/Planning; • Experience in fulfillment/warehousing of ambient dairy products.
