Villiera Wines in Koelenhof, situated near Stellenbosch, has a career opportunity for a driven individual to join their production team as Bottling Line Manager.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Controller and will be responsible for the management of one of their newly installed production lines.

Responsibilities will include: *Management of production processes *Management of production team *Implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards (BRC, IFS) *First line technical maintenance of machine and equipment *Meeting production targets and managing loss control *all other tasks related to the role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Matric;
• Approximately 5 years’ relevant experience in bottling processes (experience of disgorging processes will be advantageous);
• Excellent communication skills (English and Afrikaans);
• Strong computer literacy (MS Excel required, knowledge of EzyWine will be advantageous;
• Willingness to work overtime when required;
• Own reliable transport.
