This role demands a meticulous approach from a leader capable of working accurately under pressure. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and can work comfortably across a range of financial- and general management functions. Duties will include (but not be limited to): *Oversee all financial functions of the company *Produce financial statements and preparations for annual audits *Implement all statutory compliance requirements (EMP201 PAYE/SDL/UIF) *Financial processing and reconciliation *Monthly reports and analysis *Compile and manage budgets in conjunction with management team *Salary and wages *All other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or similar field; • Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles; • 5 years' experience in a similar role; • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English); • Strong computer skills (MS Excel & Accounting software); • Own reliable transport.
