Our client, a wine estate between Stellenbosch and Cape Town, currently offers this excellent career opportunity Senior Cellar Assistant The successful candidate must be self-motivated individual and a team player who will assist with the smooth running of the production. Previous relevant experience and knowledge of basic winemaking processes is a requirement for the post. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Racking of wines in cellar * blending and stabilization of wines * general cleanliness of the wine cellar * filling and emptying of barrels * all other administrative and other tasks normally associated with the position.
