Winemaker Our client, a wine estate situated between Stellenbosch and Cape Town has the above opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative person with good work ethic, leadership- and communication skills and the ability to work with great attention to detail. A relevant qualification (B.Agric or B.sc), 5 years’ experience in vineyard management and ultra-premium winemaking as well as a sound professional knowledge of vineyards and winemaking processes are pre requisites. The successful applicant will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for: * vineyard management and development * the whole winemaking process * people management * negotiations with suppliers * adhering to company and statutory Health & Safety requirements * ensures all administration regarding the wine process and movement is kept as well as any other tasks the job might require.
