Nordic Sea Winery, situated in Southern Sweden, has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and analytical individual with excellent attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills. The Production Manager will report to the CEO, and will be responsible for the full bottling function in pursuit of continuous production and bottling efficiencies. Duties include: *managing production lines (1 x bottle and 2 x box lines) *planning and scheduling of wine for bottling *managing the bottling budget *daily measurement of production outputs *personnel management *ensure all processes adhere to CCP and hygiene prerequisites *assist quality department *assist with production development projects *maintain effective communication throughout all parties *manage the ordering processes related to dry-goods ordering *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Diploma/degree in Winemaking/Production/Project Management; • Minimum 10 years’ management experience in manufacturing/food production; • Experience/knowledge of production scheduling systems; • Experience with inventory management, production planning and purchasing; • Excellent computer literacy; • Fluent in English, European languages will be advantageous; • Knowledge of international wines and an understanding of bottling/production processes would be to the candidate’s advantage.
