Allesverloren Wine Estate, situated in Riebeek West (Swartland), has a position available for a dynamic and energetic Winemaker to join their team. The ability to function well in a team and whilst producing world class wines, are essential to the role. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *Full winemaking process *Blending and stabilization of wine *Ensure cellar hygiene are compliant with food safety, quality control and H&S systems *Managing dry goods *Leading the Cellar worker team including the Winemaker Admin Assistant *Liaison with suppliers *Active participation in marketing and other trade related events *Assist with maintenance of machinery and equipment *All other standard Winemaking functions related to the position. Cultivars will include: A range of Port cultivars, Tinta Barroca, Cabernet, Shiraz, Petit Verdot and Touriga Nacional.
