As part of its expansion, the company is seeking to appoint a dynamic and adaptable Customer Account Manager tasked with actively supporting customers to reduce waste and improve profitability, by implementing holistic technology solutions. The role will initially be fully remote, and report to Management in the Australian Office. Key performance areas will include: *Customer relationship management *Identification of supply chain issues with farmers and packers *Customer support, including onboarding, sharing of market insights, providing platform support and resolving queries *Stock forecasts and demand planning *Provide support to the senior sales team *Management of tracking devices and mailing to customers *Regular visits to packhouses and farms *Provide basic training to users *All other tasks related to this position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Relevant qualification (Commercial/Supply Chain); • Approximately 5 years’ experience in Fresh Produce supply chain; • Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans & English; • Excellent computer literacy and a love for analytics; • Willingness to travel locally and internationally; • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
