This position requires a meticulous approach from a leader who can work accurately under pressure. The Financial Manager will have full responsibility for the Accounting function of the business - duties will include (but not be limited to): *Oversee all financial functions of the company *Produce financial statements and preparations for annual audits *Implement all statutory compliance requirements (EMP201 PAYE/SDL/UIF) *Financial processing and reconciliations *Monthly reports and analysis when required *Provide support with budget compilation *Assist with inventory control *Salary and wages administration *All other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant tertiary qualification (completed articles will be advantageous); • 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar role; • Excellent computer literacy; • Experience in the wine industry will be advantageous.
