NexusAG currently has the above vacancy for an energetic, dynamic and organised individual with a combination of well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, paired with proven brand marketing knowledge, to join their team. Minimum requirements include a relevant tertiary qualification (preferably a BCom or Diploma in Marketing) and/or 2-5 years relevant work experience. Excellent financial and computer skills (SAGE, MS Office – Excel and Power Point specifically), are further requirements. It is expected of the incumbent in the role to provide support in the further development of the NexusAG brand in support of the business. This requires excellent communication skills to convey the brand message to all stakeholders, and on all marketing media and platforms. Previous experience in a similar position in the agricultural sector will be advantageous. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing Manager and responsibilities will include: • Responsible for the administration regarding the sustainability of the marketing strategy. • Ensure the correct application of the NexusAG brand. • Handling and/or coordination of marketing and public relations activities. • Support with the administration of marketing budget. • Management and administration of marketing orders and inventory. • Identifying and managing promotional items and suppliers. • Responsible for the administration of NexusAG social media platforms, website, newsletters and advertising. • Rollout of corporate communication material. • Maintenance of central marketing information lists and databases.
