ALG Estates, a Citrus Farmer in Citrusdal has the above-mentioned position available for an energetic, conscientious and diligent Systems Manager: IT Support to join their Management team. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English & Afrikaans), and has the ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Manager and will be responsible for: *Implementing and maintaining ERP management systems in an Agri business *Ensuring accurate data inputs managing data collection point *Aggregating data and providing in palatable formats for the users *Managing hardware and software instillations and upgrades *Maintains information systems by planning and monitoring of same *Ensure maximum optimization of the information systems for data processing *Ensure and maintains safe working environment within the information system field *Continuous collaboration with all team leaders *Responsible for the management and maintenance of process flows *All other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required. A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role; • Good understanding of the Agricultural industry; • Strong risk assessment and reporting skills; • Strong in automation of systems, processes and business alignment; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
