The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has the ability to work accurately under pressure. The successful candidate will report to the Director and will be responsible for: *Pest monitoring and control *Weed control *Root health *Management of spray crews *Responsible for spray of pesticides *Involved in audits, MRL’s etc. *Ensure effective implementation of biological practice *Responsible for organic farming within the company *Create and management of productivity systems *Create and management of monitoring systems *Purchases and management of chemical stocks *All other tasks related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required. A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role; • Knowledge of process improvement and validation; • Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the industry; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
