uniWines Vineyards, located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region, Rawsonville, has the above position available for an energetic, innovative, and creative individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their team. The incumbent will report to the Head of Business Development and be responsible for DTC sales management & networking, as well as marketing content generation & customer relationship management. Key performance areas will include: 1. Channel development & growth: • co-develop, implement, structure and manage a new generation platform (Jollybee) as well as 3rd party E-commerce platforms to stimulate DTC sales across various channels • establish, implement and manage a dynamic boutique hospitality destination that delivers extended wine-related revenue streams from various events and complimentary food/services. 2. Consumer engagement: • development of promotional material, content generation & implementation across communication platforms for various UniWines brands • consumer interaction (via consumer events, social media, etc.) 3. Customer Management Support: • assist with overall administration and facilitation of 'deal-making' interaction with both local and international customers (i.e. Wine Traders, etc.). Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Management or similar; • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing and/or sales of either wine, other alcoholic beverages or similar products/commodities, including in a management capacity; • Knowledge of social media and consumer engagement platforms; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office); • Valid driver’s license.
