Our client, an accounting firm situated in Paarl has the above-mentioned position available. The ideal candidate is a detailed orientated individual with the ability to work accurately under pressure, and be comfortable with introducing new systems and internal controls.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Portfolio of customers *All accounting duties comprising annual submissions, balance sheet reconciliations, etc. *Manage all Service Level Agreements with customer delivery *Ensure data quality established by finance department is up to par *Analyse and improve new ways of operating with the customer in mind *Manage customer correspondence and build associations (of the portfolio) *Outstanding customer service delivery *all other tasks relevant to the position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and completed articles(CIMA/SAIPA);
• Minimum 3-4 years’ post article experience in a similar role;
• Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English);
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, Draftworx/Caseware & Xero);
• Experience with Payroll, VAT & EMP501 reconciliations;
• Driver’s license & own reliable transport.
