Merwida Wine Cellar, situated in the beautiful Breedekloof Valley, Rawsonville, is looking for a Logistics and Export Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Duties will include (but not limited to): *overseeing the planning of goods purchases *handling of export documentation *receiving and processing of orders *liaising with local and international clients and agents *invoicing *understanding of SAWIS/Customs *environmental sustainability compliance (BWI & IPW) *sustainable ethical compliance(WIETA) *food safety management (ISO 22000) *administration of wine shows/competitions *all other tasks associated with the position. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: • Matric required, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a shipping, freight-forwarding or export logistics environment; • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, specifically with Microsoft Excel); • Own reliable transport.
