Roodezandt (RF) (Pty) Ltd., situated in the Robertson area, has a position available for a dynamic and energetic Winemaker to join their team. The ability to function well in a team and work well in a fast paced environment is essential to the role. The successful candidate will report to the Production Manger and will be responsible for (but not be limited to): *full winemaking process *blending and stabilization of wine *ensure cellar hygiene are compliant with food safety, quality control and H&S systems *inventory management and cellar administration *cellar staff management *liaison with suppliers *marketing *all other functions related to the position. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology; • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position; • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, WineMS); • Valid driver's license.
