Rooiberg Winery, situated outside Robertson, currently has the above-mentioned position available.

The Senior Winemaker will report directly to the Cellar Master and will be responsible for: *coordination of cellar and harvest activities *the entire winemaking process *blending and stabilization of wine *scheduling of bottling *management of quality control systems (ISO 9001:2015) *inventory control *management and supervision of cellar staff *procurement of chemicals *all other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• A relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology;
• Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a similar position;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, WineMS);
• Valid driver's license.

Commencement date: 2 January 2024.
